Return & Exchange policy

We hope you love your Luxe Haven purchase, but if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. To be accepted, returned products must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition

  • In the original packaging, with all tags and labels attached

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Please contact our team at admin@luxehavendecor.store before sending your return so we can provide instructions and the correct return address.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product, please email us within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll guide you through the exchange process.
If the requested item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as candles, diffusers, or bedding may not be eligible for return once opened. Custom or personalised items are also non-returnable unless faulty.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we’ve made an error with your order.
